Drum kit ideas , whats better ?

I am about to buy a ddrum set , im trying to decide which would be better pedals , the dw series double pedal or the demon drives ? best for the money as well , and what are the best cymbals for metal and hard rock/soft rock ? i like paiste and sabian , what kind of heads are best for toms ? hydralics , generas , remo , or ec2s , i like a deeper sound but warm and strong ..... coated or clear ? whats best for rolling ? and the toms come in a like 10 and 13 i think , and then it has a 16 and 18 floor , what 2 toms should i add or 4 ?
