Is Manny Pacquiao's prime being squandered?

I agree with parts of the article. At this point in his career, the only true meaningful fight that both hardcore and casual boxing fans want to see is Pacquiao vs. Mayweather. But as you said, he's not breaking the law by making money because he's the face of boxing. If the Mayweather fight doesn't happen, I say Manny should fight Marquez to shut him up then fight Sergio Martinez at a catchweight of 150-151. After that, he should retire and enjoy his legacy in boxing and focus on his career and ending poverty in the Philippines.
