Should I pick up Dynasty Warriors 7?

I dunno really what to type last time I asked this question it got deleted in 5 minutes for no reason. But anyways IGN says its horrible in all aspects giving it a 5/10 I wanna know how the game is in every aspect from story to conquest to multiplayer conquest. I have never played a DW so alot of detail will be appreciated.
